Patrycja is an attorney with extensive experience in providing legal services to entrepreneurs - ranging from dynamic startups to international capital groups. She specializes in IT law, labour law, and a wide range of civil law matters, supporting both innovative startups and multinational corporations. Her expertise includes drafting and negotiating IT contracts, intellectual property protection, and ensuring compliance with the rapidly changing regulations in the field of new technologies. She also has extensive experience in civil law, commercial law, and labour law, enabling her to offer comprehensive advice to businesses - both in their daily operations and in crisis situations. She has collaborated with international legal teams, advising on transactions, disputes, and the implementation of strategies to minimize legal risks.
